About Redtree Solutions Limited

Redtree Solutions Ltd is a pan-EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa) Rep organization, with offices in all the major electronics regions of EMEA. Today we employ 25 people, located locally in each of the major design territories. Our focus is on OEM customers in the Telecom, Consumer, Storage, Automotive  and Industrial market places.

We represent leading edge semiconductor manufacturers and aim to provide our customers with market-defining, innovative and reliable solutions. Our focus is on synergistic technologies that allow us to provide solutions to customer needs. Our mission is to add significant value to our customers’ applications  by offering early access to competitive and advanced technology.

Redtree’s aim is to bring a new and fresh approach to the representative model in EMEA covering the whole diverse territory of EMEA with one culture and management ethic.

We recognize the real value of our company is having highly experienced people in each of the local markets we serve. Local rep, pan-EMEA presence is not just a tag-line, but the core focus of the company; having experienced professionals on the ground to anticipate the market needs on a local level.

The company has an exceptional level of demand creation focus, based around the tier 1 and strategic tier 2 customer bases and serves each of the established and emerging market segments in Europe.

Redtree Solutions was founded in January 2006 by five industry veterans with the aim of being the premier pan-EMEA rep company. The company currently have offices in the UK, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Czech Republic, Israel, Turkey and South Africa. In addition, we expect to announce soon offices in the Benelux. All Redtree people are professionals from the electronics/semiconductors industry, with many years of successful experience servicing the EMEA market place. We pride ourselves in being able to understand and reply to your needs.”

Founders

Steve JUDGE
Steve Judge,formerly European Director of Vista Solutions, a pan-European rep company, has many years of experience in a variety of roles in both manufacturer’s reps and distribution companies. Prior to running Vista Solutions, Steve was the Managing Director of Impact Memec UK, a subsidiary of the Memec distribution group; having worked his way up through Product Management and Marketing from his position in the company as a Field Applications Engineer (FAE). Previous to Memec, Steve spent his early career as an electronics engineer at Thorn EMI. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Bob MCGIMPSEY
Bob has many years of technical marketing and sales experience, primarily in Tier 1 OEM customers representing leading edge semiconductor manufacturers. Most recently Sales Manager at Vista Solutions, previously Bob was responsible for sales within Unique Memec’s Focus Technology Unit, a business unit that specialised in selling the products of emerging semi-conductor companies.Prior to that, he was Intel Product Manager, also with Memec, and he previously held other semiconductor sales roles.Bob’s early career was spent in engineering with Ford Motor Company working on automotive production systems.

Andrew HULL
Andrew has used his strong Engineering and Technical Marketing background in a number of senior Business Development roles, including his most recent role as Sales and Marketing Manager with Vista Solutions, selling state-of-the-art semiconductor solutions to major customers throughout the UK and Ireland. Previously he was responsible for Product Marketing within Impact Memec’s Strategic Communications Group, a business unit that specialised in solutions for the Telecoms and Datacoms industry.  Andrew started his career as an Applications Engineer before going on to manage the Application Engineering Group within Memec UK's largest Programmable Logic division.  He holds a B.Eng. (Hons) in Electronics Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Semiconductor Material Science.

Jean-Marie HOUILLON
Jean-Marie Houillon brings a wealth of semiconductor industry experience and is focused on building Redtree Solutions market share in the emerging wireless and video processor marketplace through servicing the South European Territory. Prior to joining Redtree Solutions, Mr. Houillon served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with United Monolithic Semiconductors, provider of high performance MMICs for wireless telecom links, Automotive Sensors and Space/Defence radars.  JM Houillon has an extensive sales and marketing background within the electronics industry including senior management roles at Philips, Richardson Electronics and ITT Semiconductors (now Micronas). Jean-Marie Houillon earned a degree in Electronics as well as a Master of Marketing in High Technologies

Peter ROGERS
Peter Rogers, formally Nordic Director of Vista Solutions, a pan-European rep company, has many years of experience in a variety of roles in both manufacturers reps and distribution companies. Previous to running Vista Solutions, Peter was the Managing Director & founder member of Memec Finland, a subsidiary of the Memec distribution group; Peter spend his early career as an electronics engineer at Marconi Electronic Devices & then GEC Plessey Semiconductors where he held a Nordic Sales position. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic engineering.
